FREE SHIPPING ON ALL ORDERS OVER $150

Shipping fee: $8.99 for orders under $150.


ORDER PROCESSING

Orders are processed within 24 hours of when orders are placed. During holidays and promotional events, orders may take longer to process.

We do our best to ship orders as quickly as possible. Our shipping schedule may vary slightly during extremely busy times, such as sales events and holidays.


SHIPPING METHODS

All U.S. packages are shipped via USPS or FedEx. At this time, we only ship domestically within the United States. International shipping is not available.


DELIVERY TIMES

Once your order is processed for delivery, you will receive an e-mail confirmation that your order has shipped, along with tracking information. All orders shipped via our free shipping offer will be shipped via USPS First Class, USPS Priority Mail, or FedEx Ground and will usually be delivered within 2 to 8 business days after your order is processed.

USPS Priority Mail is typically delivered within 2-4 days of being shipped. Please note that shipping times are not guaranteed.

Due to the high volume of packages that USPS and FedEx handle, tracking information may not be updated for several days. Tracking information may not be updated until your package has reached your local sorting facility, transit location, or delivery point. While USPS and FedEx offer reliable and expedient service, errors and delays may occur. Errors and delays caused by or because of USPS or FedEx are not the responsibility of FitHerbPro and must be resolved by contacting the respective carrier.

BACK ORDERS

In the unlikely event that a product in your order becomes unavailable, we will attempt to contact you for an alternative replacement item or may, at our discretion, remove the item from your order and issue a refund back to your credit card or another method of payment.
