Returns & Refund Policy
CANCELLATIONS
In efforts to ship orders as soon as possible, we ship orders within 24 hours of when orders are placed. Customers may request order cancellations within 12 hours of placing the order. However, if the order has been processed and shipped (customer has been issued a tracking number and the shipping carrier has the package), cancellations cannot be accommodated. In such cases, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping expense. The return shipping expense will be deducted from the refund amount. Once the item is received back at the FitHerbPro fulfillment center and inspected, a refund minus the return shipping expense will be processed, and the customer will be notified.
RETURNS
As part of our Customer Satisfaction Guarantee initiative, we have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, sealed, and unopened.
Please note:

Returns will not be accepted if the customer entered incorrect information during checkout or ordered the wrong product.

Items damaged due to customer negligence will not be eligible for return.
To start a return, contact us at info@fitherbpro.com. Please include the order number, receipt, or proof of purchase.
The customer will be responsible for the return shipping expense. The return shipping expense will be deducted from the refund amount.
DAMAGES & ORDER ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. Take a picture of the products immediately and e-mail info@fitherbpro.com with a brief description of the issue, and we will assist you in resolving the problem.
REFUNDS
Once a refund has been approved, please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be reflected back onto your payment method. Please email info@fitherbpro.com to request a refund or check on the status of a refund.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, follow the steps below:

Contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
Sale Items
Only regular-priced items may be refunded; unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
